Flumen World is a non-commercial community project that runs game servers (Counter-Strike 1.6 and others) and is building its own game. It is run by a private entrepreneur registered in Ukraine. Contact: admin@flumen.world.

• You must be at least 16 years old.
• Use a real email address and keep your password secret. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• One person, one account. Do not sell, share or transfer accounts.

• No cheats, hacks, bots, exploits or abuse of bugs on our servers.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, spam or advertising.
• Nicknames must not be offensive or impersonate other people or our administrators. We may change or reset such a nickname.
• Follow the rules of each server and the instructions of the administrators.

Administrators may warn, kick or ban players, and we may suspend or delete accounts that break these terms. You can appeal a ban in our Discord.

Donations are voluntary and help pay for hosting and development. We do not sell advantages: there is no pay-to-win. Supporter rewards are described on the Donate page and may change. Payments are processed by Patreon and monobank under their own terms, and refunds go through them. If a payment is refunded or charged back, the related rewards may be removed.

Credits, items, passes and other in-game things have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money and belong to the project. They may be changed, rebalanced or reset, for example when a new season starts.

Flumen World is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the sites and servers running, but they may be offline, change or be closed. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses caused by using or not being able to use the service.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to admin@flumen.world.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Flumen World after a change, you accept the new terms.
